In this role, you will provide personalized instruction and support to students in a virtual setting. You will work closely with students, families, and educational professionals to address individual needs and support academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs

• Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction in a virtual classroom

• Conduct virtual assessments and monitor student progress

• Collaborate with parents, students, and school staff to achieve educational and behavioral goals

• Adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance

• Stay current with best practices and advancements in special education and remote teaching

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education from an accredited institution

• Current state certification in Special Education

• At least 2 years of experience in special education teaching preferred

• Proficiency with virtual learning platforms and technology

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Ability to create and maintain a supportive and inclusive virtual learning environment
