Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry. 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 4. Proficient in using computer programs and customer service software. 5. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively. 6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. 7. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Responsibilities 1. Handle customer inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and general flight information. 2. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system. 5. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. 6. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions. 7. Assist in training new employees as required.
