Tech Support Rep Remote

Technical Support Reps require a mix of customer support and entry-level technical knowledge. Ability to answer support requests from customers, escalate potential technical issues, providing feedback on basic product functionality questions, and appropriately routing non-support related requests to a higher level of expertise. The ideal candidate will provide superior support to the end-user.

Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Consult with existing and new customers to offer a variety of products and services
  • Solve complex customer challenges and regain customer confidence
  • General knowledge of company, products, and/or services
  • Obtain customer information and enter into various CRM systems
  • Adhere to QA requirements and utilize a call flow
  • Comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of consumer confidential information

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-6 months of telemarketing, retail, or sales experience; in-person or via phone
  • Technical PC experience (Windows, preferred)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team (Promotes positive work environment)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (Professional demeanor)
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and exhibit empathy
  • Proficient with technology applications; email, Internet browsers, search engines and data management systems
  • Basic math skills
