Insurance Renewal Specialist - Remote (MST or PST)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Renewal Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. This role is remote but you need to be located in PST or MST time zones for this position.
Position Overview: The Renewal Specialist is a key member of the Customer Service team, responsible for managing client renewals, customer retention, and upselling. This role requires a deep understanding of... customer service, account management, and insurance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention rates and reduce policy cancellations.
- Proactively reach out to clients to address any concerns or issues they may have.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for policy renewals and upselling.
- Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have the appropriate coverage and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update customer profiles with relevant information.
- Manage client renewal process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Stay current with insurance products and offerings.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications:
- Have an active Property & Casualty license (home and auto preferred)
- Experience in customer retention or a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
Competitive Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (DOE) + commission/incentives
