As a Junior UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal by conducting user research and providing insights that inform our design and development processes. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior UX Researcher to join our growing UX team. In this role, you will assist in planning, conducting, and analyzing user research to inform the design and development of our products. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and business partners to ensure that our products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys. Conduct literature reviews and competitive analyses to inform research questions and hypotheses. Help recruit participants for research studies and manage participant schedules. Facilitate user research sessions, including moderating interviews and usability tests. Collaborate with the UX team to synthesize research findings and present insights to stakeholders. Document research processes and findings in clear, concise reports. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research. Contribute to the development of research methodologies and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in UX research or a related field. Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., UserZoom, EnjoyHQ, Dovetail, etc.). Basic knowledge of UX design principles and processes. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Miro, Excel) is a plus. Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus. The salary range for this role is from $64,100.00 to $95,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
