We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support sales and marketing initiatives that drive new customer acquisition and company growth. This role combines lead generation, outreach, marketing campaign execution, and event coordination. Under the direction of the VP of Revenue Operations, you will partner with internal teams and marketing advisors to execute business growth strategies, drive lead generation efforts, and report on performance metrics. This position offers the opportunity to work across sales and marketing, gaining insight into go-to-market operations in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and able to execute assigned tasks with attention to detail in a remote-first environment with limited direct oversight.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Sales Support
  • Research and identify prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
  • Qualify inbound and event-driven leads and conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Schedule introductory meetings for the sales team
  • Track leads and outreach activity in Zoho CRM and ensure accurate data entry
  • Create and maintain sales performance reports and KPIs to support visibility into pipeline, outreach activity, and conversion metrics
  • Support post-event and campaign follow-up to move leads through the sales funnel
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to assist with lead capture and on-site engagement
Marketing Coordination
  • Assist in the execution of email, social, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Create and publish content for blogs, website, and social media channels
  • Help plan and promote webinars, product launches, and customer-facing events
  • Manage and update marketing assets including brochures, slide decks, and one-pagers
  • Keep our website up to date with relevant and optimized content
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Support marketing platform management (CRM, email automation, analytics, file repositories)
About You:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, sales development, or revenue support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and engaging with new contacts
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM, email marketing platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Experience supporting B2B software or technology sales preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent follow through on assigned tasks
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $60,000 to $70,000+ annually depending on experience and qualifications.
