- Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on campaign enablement, aligning efforts with lifecycle revenue goals while fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment on requirements, and strong stakeholder relationships to drive shared business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including sprint planning, timeline management, risk mitigation, and progress tracking to ensure timely, accurate, and successful campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, requirements, and timelines, while reviewing and refining campaign solutions to ensure technical feasibility, efficiency, and seamless handoff to execution teams.
- Stay up to date on evolving marketing technology ecosystems and system best practices, leveraging this knowledge to drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
- Lead the monitoring of email campaign deliverability, maintain benchmark documentation, proactively identify issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Continuously evaluate existing workflows to identify areas for improvement or automation, with the goal of streamlining campaign delivery and enhancing team productivity
- Collaborate with the campaign execution team to ensure campaign accuracy, resolve issues through root cause analysis, and drive process improvements to support seamless execution and operational excellence.
- Foster and build a fun, diverse, and inclusive culture that reflects
- Extensive experience in marketing automation experience (i.e. SFMC, Marketo, Eloqua, Braze, Pardot), including long standing experience in leading and managing a team.
- Skilled in articulating intricate technical information in accessible, business-focused language to support informed decision-making across all organizational levels.
- Experienced in leading a team in aligning platform capabilities with stakeholder expectations to deliver effective, scalable solutions.
- Brings a well-rounded background in marketing strategy, project management, customer journey execution and deployment, with a strong emphasis on platform expertise.
- Demonstrates strong project management skills with proven expertise in designing and implementing process improvements through effective change management, while successfully managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects simultaneously.
- Combines a passion for marketing technology and data-driven innovation with a proven technical skill set and a hands-on approach to solving complex business problems.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent work experience is required.
- Compensation range is $140,000-215,000 annually. Depending on your role and level, you may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
- This opportunity has the option to be fully remote in all locations across the US.
