Hours: Part-time (under 4 hours per day)

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Strong communication skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Excellent problem-solving skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
6. Previous customer service experience preferred
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Assist customers with booking flights and making changes to existing reservations
3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
4. Provide information on Delta Airlines policies and procedures
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
7. Stay up-to-date on Delta Airlines products and services
