Key Responsibilities
Conduct personalized tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of each student.
Support students in comprehending course material, completing assignments, and preparing for examinations.
Identify and address knowledge gaps by providing targeted instructional support.
Maintain ongoing communication with both students and parents to discuss academic progress and concerns.
Foster a nurturing and encouraging learning atmosphere that promotes academic confidence and growth.
Effectively utilize online resources and tools to enhance the tutoring experience.
Keep precise records of tutoring sessions and monitor student progress.
Participate in continuous professional development to refine tutoring methodologies and strategies.
Required Skills
