This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, as well as the opportunity for a fixed salary or commission-based compensation.

Requirements

Responsibilities/Duties:
• Identify and target new business opportunities through research and networking
• Effectively present products and services to prospects and existing clients, both in-person and virtually
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Attend trade shows and community events to promote the company’s offerings
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues to maintain high... levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain records of completed sales, ongoing customer interactions, and follow-up tasks via CRM software
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate project execution and timely fulfillment
• Other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills and Qualifications: • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Knowledge of screen printing and embroidery processes is a plus • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary

Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer, as well as frequent standing and walking to meet with clients or attend events • Requires the ability to hear, speak, and use a telephone and computer. • Occasional travel may be necessary for client meetings and events.
