Responsibilities: • A crucial aspect of ensuring customer satisfaction is having expertise in all available products and working cohesively with team members to provide top-of-the-line sales support • The ability to reach sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure efficient operations is critical to retail success • To stay motivated, create a vision board of your goals and remind yourself regularly of why you're working towards them • Enhances customer satisfaction by using open-ended questions to assess their needs • Proficiency in Acquiring and Propagating Mastery of Product Attributes and Trends to Accommodate Customers’ Likes • Remains knowledgeable about all products, from the most recent launches to upcoming advancements and industry updates • When employees feel that they are part of a team and have a sense of belonging in the workplace, they are more likely to engage in their work and contribute to a positive atmosphere

Qualifications: • Novice Retail Professional • The key to providing a top-notch customer experience is feeling comfortable and self-assured when interacting with customers • The enthusiasm for athletic products and customer interaction spurs individuals to aim for outstanding results • Undertakes tasks or actions without the requirement for constant observation • The job necessitates adaptability in scheduling, including availability on weekends, holidays, and during nontraditional hours
