Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, or chat.
Assist members with account inquiries, prescription-related issues, and benefit questions.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required (we provide training!).
