Key Responsibilities
 Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements through meticulous maintenance and review.
 Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and strategic insights.
 Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of account managers and bookkeepers, promoting a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
 Supervise bank reconciliations, cash flow reports, and the preparation of year-end tax packages.
 Identify potential risks and devise effective strategies for risk mitigation.
Required Skills
 A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in entertainment business management.
 In-depth knowledge of financial statements, tax regulations, and investment strategies.
 Strong leadership abilities to motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and provide insightful guidance.
 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
 Proficiency in QuickBooks, Datafaction, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
 BachelorÂs degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
