Join our esteemed team as a Web Chat Agent and be the first point of contact for customers seeking information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, services, financing, and general dealership inquiries. You will play a crucial role in representing our dealer clients positively in online interactions and converting these engagements into valuable leads, thereby contributing to their revenue generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage diverse customer inquiries through online chat channels
 Deliver precise and pertinent information regarding products and services
 Assist in scheduling appointments based on customer requirements
 Cultivate and update a comprehensive knowledge base of our continually evolving products and services
 Gather customer contact details for lead generation and subsequent client evaluations
 Summarize customer interactions based on their needs for client feedback
Required Skills
 Exceptional customer service skills with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment
 Strong decision-making and analytical capabilities
 Proficient in written and verbal English communication
 Competence in basic internet and Windows-based computer skills
 Ability to multitask effectively; experience in gaming is an advantage
 Maintain a positive, patient, and professional attitude
Qualifications
 Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, though not mandatory
 Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute, with 40+ words per minute preferred
 High School Diploma or equivalent certification
 A clean background check is required
 At least 2 years of experience in an office, call center, or customer service environment is preferred
