Description:  Morning Consult is a global decision intelligence company  Position available in Washington, DC; New York, NY; Chicago, IL or remote  Open concept offices accessible by public transport  Join office lunch Tuesdays and Wednesdays or after-work happy hour  Role involves scoping and pricing samples, designing quota structures, monitoring field work, performing QA  Requires comfort with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities  The Analytics and Data Operations team supports data collection for all research products Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Psychology, Economics, Sociology, Statistics, Data Science or similar; or equivalent experience  At least 12 months of experience managing field and/or sample design for online data collection in a survey research context  Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities  Knowledge of survey statistics (sampling theory, hypothesis testing, contingency tables)  Familiarity with R or RStudio or similar platforms (Excel, SAS, SPSS) for data analysis  Familiarity with survey collection software (Qualtrics, Forsta, Survey Monkey)  Familiarity with working with survey data (weighting, cross-tabulation, significance testing)  Willing to take feedback and learn; ethos of self-improvement Benefits:  Additional variable compensation  Equity grant  Career Page overview of benefits Apply Job!Â
