Certified Talent Co is seeking a self-driven A&R Representative to help discover rising music artists and bring them into a creative development ecosystem. This is a relationship-first role — you must be able to listen deeply and recognize artistic potential early.
- Responsibilities
- Scout new talent across social media and platforms
- Initiate warm outreach to potential artist partners
- Guide new artists through the CTC onboarding process
- Track conversations and interest in a shared sheet
- Requirements
- Strong communicator with a love for artist development
- Has a network or eye for emerging talent
- Can follow our intake system and stay organized
- Bonus: Has worked with indie artists or labels before
- Compensation
