Overview:
We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives for the largest life insurance agency in the country . In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills, educate others on building wealth, and build your own business. Duties:
• Build a pipeline of potential customers
• Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through warm calling and follow-up communication
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
Skills:
• Strong verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Spanish is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals
• Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
• Experience in inside sales or outbound calling is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
