Provider Outreach Specialist – 100% Remote (CST Hours) Location: Remote (U.S.-based) | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST Contract Role | Equipment Provided | Nationwide Sourcing

Are you a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment? Our client is looking for dedicated, tech-savvy professionals to join our Provider Outreach team. In this fully remote position, you’ll help grow our national dental network by building relationships with providers and guiding them through the onboarding process.

salary: $18 - $21.86 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Initial Responsibilities may Include: (Depending on team assignments.)
 Outbound calling: Recruiting providers to join a dental network
 Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest
 Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services
 Excellent written and verbal communication
 Process contracts and track contacts within computer systems
 Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
 Ability to switch projects based on business needs

Skills
 Phone Etiquette – Inbound/Outbound calls
 Intermediate to Advanced Computer Knowledge
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 Proficiency in MS Office Applications
 A dedicated secure home workspace
 Quick learner
 strong organization, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
 Work independently, have strong interpersonal skills and be self-motivated
 strong relationship management skills: ability to foster collaboration, value other perspectives and gain
