About the position


The Creative Project Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for leading and managing creative projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring projects are executed flawlessly. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking and executional skills, with a focus on project management, client management, risk analysis, and collaboration with creative teams.


Responsibilities




  • Manage and track multiple creative jobs with minimal supervision.
  • ,

  • Oversee projects through the creative development process from kick-off to final asset delivery.
  • ,

  • Build rapport and credibility with partners from other departments.
  • ,

  • Translate requests into actionable project plans and communicate progress effectively.
  • ,

  • Identify potential roadblocks and mitigate risks on projects.

  • Collaborate with Creative Director, Designers, and Copywriters to elevate creative thinking.

  • Lead meetings with partners and maintain regular contact with clients.


Requirements




  • 5-8 years in account management or project management roles with an agency or in-house creative team.
  • ,

  • Proven track record in client and account management.
  • ,

  • Knowledge of general advertising/marketing.
  • ,

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence customers.
  • ,

  • Experience managing small-scale to multi-tiered campaign projects.
  • ,

  • Skilled in MS Office applications and project management software such as Workfront.
  • ,

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
