★ Key Responsibilities:**
- Content Creation (10%): Develop materials and resources that support career development and job readiness for students.
- Workshops and Presentations (10%): Conduct engaging workshops and presentations on career-related topics, job search strategies, and professional development.
- One-on-One Student Coaching (50%): Provide personalized coaching to students on career development, job search strategies, and professional growth.
- Job Leads (10%): Source and share job opportunities with students and graduates. Maintain communication and track job leads.
- Employer Outreach (20%): Build and maintain relationships with employers to facilitate job placements. Regularly communicate with employers to understand their staffing needs.
- Administration (10%): Manage student records and communication in the campus database, ensure all data is up to date, and report daily and weekly metrics.
★ Core Duties:**
- Provide guidance and information on career development, job searches, and industry trends.
- Maintain regular communication with students and graduates, offering professional development advice.
- Follow up with graduates who have not yet secured placement and provide additional support as needed.
- Assist students in developing job readiness skills and effective job search strategies.
- Keep student records organized and updated in the campus database.
- Report key metrics on student engagement, placement, and outreach activities.
- Employer Outreach & Job Leads:
- Establish and nurture relationships with employers through consistent communication and networking.
- Gather and follow up on job leads from employers, sharing them with graduates and tracking the leads in the campus database.
- Oversee job postings, registrations, and applications on the job placement website.
- Keep databases updated with employer contacts and the placement status of students.
- Maintain student portal and shared sites with relevant job announcements, links, and employment-related documents.
★ Employer Relationship Development:**
- Initiate contact with potential employers to build hiring partnerships that meet both immediate and long-term recruitment needs.
- Cultivate and sustain employer relationships to better understand their hiring preferences.

★ Work Schedule:**
- Remote
- Monday-Friday: 9AM PST - 530PM PST. Flexible hours available
★ Qualifications:**
- Exhibit professionalism and integrity through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and cooperatively as a member of a team.
- Demonstrates sensitivity to multicultural, socioeconomic, and regional differences among students and staff from diverse backgrounds.

- Base Starts at $65,000/year plus $10K in performance bonuses
