RN - Home Care for Scottsdale area (Full Remote)<br><br>Pay: $110,000 - $125,000<br><br>Full-time / Remote - Field<br><br><strong>Position Overview<br><br></strong>We are actively seeking a committed and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) in Scottsdale, AZ to join our team, offering a full-time position. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being and safety of patients at all stages of their healthcare journey. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, crafting personalized care plans, administering medications, and monitoring progress.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Deliver direct patient care to diverse age groups and health conditions.</li><li>Perform comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate patient histories.</li><li>Develop and execute individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.</li><li>Administer prescribed medications and treatments.</li><li>Monitor vital signs and document any changes in patient conditions.</li><li>Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure complete patient care.</li><li>Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.</li><li>Ensure all patient records and documentation are precise and current.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications And Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN, PHN preferred.</li><li>Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good repair.
