Responsibilities: – Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. – Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort. – Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management as required. – Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary. – Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas, doing laundry, and washing dishes. – Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients. – Monitor and report any changes in clients’ physical or mental health to the appropriate supervisor. – Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided. – Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. – Attend training sessions and meetings as required to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: – High school diploma or equivalent. – Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work independently and follow instructions. – Strong organizational and time management skills. – Compassionate and patient demeanor. – Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone. – Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. – Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
