Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, chat systems, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- No degree required; however, prior experience in customer service is preferred.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Experience working remotely or independently is a plus but not required.
- Experience with customer service software or CRMs is beneficial.
Working Hours:
