Part-Time Telehealth Therapist (Evenings & Weekends)

We are expanding our Telehealth team to meet the growing demand for evening and weekend sessions, ensuring clients receive care at times that fit their schedules.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>This is a part-time remote role for a Telehealth Therapist (Evenings &amp; Weekends) at Elayan &amp; Associates, PLLC. The Therapist will provide Telehealth counseling services during 2-3 evenings a week and weekends (Saturday morning or afternoon). The role involves conducting therapy sessions, assessing patient needs, and providing mental health support remotely.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Must hold an <strong>active and valid license</strong> (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist) in Illinois.</li><li>Minimum <strong>1-2 years of clinical experience</strong> preferred.</li><li>Experience providing <strong>Telehealth therapy</strong> and using virtual platforms.</li><li>Strong skills in <strong>CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based approaches</strong>.</li><li>Ability to work <strong>independently</strong> while maintaining clinical excellence.</li><li>Comfortable working <strong>evenings and weekends</strong> as primary availability.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Knowledge of mental health assessments and treatment</li><li>Experience with diverse populations and cultural competency</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>How to Apply:</strong></p><p>Interested candidates should submit their <strong>resume and a brief cover letter</strong> detailing their clinical experience and availability to <strong>[email protected].</strong></p>
