(Work from Home) Full Time Remote Manager, Digital, Social and Campaigns
We’re seeking a <strong>Manager of Digital, Social, and Campaigns</strong> to drive our digital and social strategies, manage cross-business unit campaigns, and contribute to integrated marketing and communication efforts. Reporting to the <strong>Director of Commercial Integrated Marketing and Communications</strong>, you’ll focus on enhancing Flex’s brand awareness and consideration across diverse industries by leveraging best practices in digital marketing, social media, and campaign management.
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Digital and Social Media Strategy:</strong> Develop and implement strategic plans for Flex.com and social media platforms to promote Flex’s brand and market differentiation.</li>
<li><strong>Campaign Management:</strong> Lead cross-business unit campaigns aligned with enterprise growth strategies, ensuring milestones, schedules, and collaboration remain on track.</li>
<li><strong>Content Development:</strong> Create compelling digital content to effectively showcase Flex’s end-to-end product differentiation.</li>
<li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong> Collaborate with functional teams and business units to ensure messaging and campaign initiatives are aligned.</li>
<li><strong>Performance Analytics:</strong> Establish KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization.</li>
<li><strong>Trend Integration:</strong> Stay updated on the latest digital and social media trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in strategies and execution.</li>

<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Marketing, Communications, Digital Media</strong>, or related field.</li>
<li>At least <strong>7+ years of experience</strong> in digital marketing, social media strategy, and campaign management.</li>
<li>Expertise in managing integrated marketing campaigns and developing digital strategies to drive brand awareness.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of digital tools, emerging technologies, and social media best practices.</li>
<li>Excellent writing and communication skills to craft impactful content.</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience in regulated industries or manufacturing sectors.</li>

<h3><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></h3>
<strong>Pay Range:</strong> $93,500.00 - $128,600.00 (Annual, dependent on location).
