<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</p>

<li>Experience: At least 1 year in customer support or a similar role</li>
<li>Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication abilities that convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism</li>
<li>Tech Savvy: Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk or Freshdesk (preferred) and proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets</li>
<li>Composure: Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented, even under pressure</li>
<li>Industry Insight: Knowledge of eCommerce and CRM systems is a plus
</li>
