<div>As a virtual assistant you will work from home, your contract will be as an independent contractor and we offer full time positions (40 hours per week), we are looking for candidates that have experience in sales and customer service, with ability to adapt easily to changes and work in a fast paced environment, ability to work independently.</p>

<div><strong>Schedule availability is required (40 hours per week – 2 days off – Based on schedule need you might have to work 1 day of the weekend with in the same 40 hours).</strong></div>
<div><strong>Virtual assistant responsibilities will vary depending of the department you are hire for, some are but not limited to:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate person.</li>
<li>Taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.</li>
<li>Log phone calls and documents into online document management system.</li>
<li>Assist office staff with clerical duties to include faxing, copying, and organizing/maintaining files.</li>
<li>Maintaining frequent communication with client and answering questions.</li>
<li>Obtaining insurance coverage information timely.</li>
<li>Following up with medical treatments and ensuring proper care.</li>
<li>Obtaining medical provider records and bills.</li>
<li>Communicating with insurance company on treatment status and updating adjuster information on the system, among others responsibilities.</li>

<div><strong>Virtual Assistant Job Qualifications and Required Skills:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Must be punctual.</li>
<li>Commitment to work overtime on occasion.</li>
<li>Must speak English and Spanish fluently.</li>
<li>Have solid written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.</li>
<li>Must be a self-starter and multi-tasker.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently.</li>
<li>Must have a Computer (Desktop or Laptop) Core I5 or above, 12 GB of Ram, at least Windows 10 installed.</li>
<li>USB noise cancelling headsets.</li>
<li>Webcam for daily meetings and huddles.</li>
<li>Internet speed must be 35Mbps Download and 15Mbps Upload.</li>

<div><strong>MONTHLY PAYMENTS $1000 per month plus $50 to cover transfer fees – PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED ONCE PER MONTH AND DEPOSITED THE LAST BUSSINESS DAY OF EACH MONTH.</strong></div>
<div><strong>PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED VIA DEEL (You can choose how to withdraw your payment, the options available are Direct Deposit to your bank account only using SWIFT CODE and your bank account number, Pay Pal, Payoneer and Wise).</strong></div>
