This role will require you to conduct virtual or in person orientations. </li><li><b>Care Support Specialist I: </b>guide patients and caregivers through their home care journey while ensuring that our patients receive the care they need and feel heard and cared for. </li></ul><b>Ideal Candidate Will Possess: </b> <ul> <li><b>Customer service skills</b>: Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations, empathize with customers, and solve problems. Ability to manage a high-volume inbound and outbound queue. Passion for providing a high level of customer service, including the ability to show empathy, active listening and patience. </li></ul> <ul><li><b>Communication skills</b>: Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to provide empathy and compassion to our patients and caregivers. </li> </ul><ul> <li><b>Soft skills</b>: Candidates should have good listening skills, emotional intelligence, and be able to work well in a team. </li> </ul><ul> <li><b>Problem-solving</b>: Candidates must be able to solve problems and stay calm under pressure. Ability to resolve issues over the telephone with eager customers comfortably, defusing and de-escalation frustrated callers successfully. </li><li><b>Time management</b>: Strong time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks. Must be able to meet and exceed. </li></ul> <ul><li><b>Technology:</b> Computer proficiency required; strong typing skills and ability to leverage technology and resolve customer issues efficiently while notetaking/multitasking. </li><li><b>Multitasking</b>: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once and manage multiple priorities as you assist our Patient and Caregivers through the process. </li> </ul><b>These are hybrid positions that will require all employees to commute into our Nevada FreedomCare Hub office 2-3 days per week. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $18.00 and $22.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment.
