Anchored by CLS founder, Craig Siegel’s, high-impact podcast, transformative events, development programs and a values-driven community, we are looking for an Operations & Content Coordinator who thrives in bringing order to creativity, and who feels deeply aligned with the mission of helping people expand their potential and elevate their lives.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a part-time, remote, 1099 contractor role (~20+ hours/week) with potential to grow. </p><p><br></p><p>Availability during Eastern Time hours is preferred, and occasional evenings/weekends may be needed for live events or launches.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a purpose-led company, work closely with a high-integrity and fast-moving team, and be a core player in the evolution of our impact.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><p>You’ll bring structure and flow to our content, podcast, and backend operations ensuring every detail supports the bigger vision.</p><ul><li><strong>Podcast Management: </strong>Upload, schedule, and promote podcast episodes across platforms like Buzzsprout and YouTube. Coordinate with guests, manage logistics, and maintain episode flow.</li><li><strong>Content Publishing: </strong>Create and post digital assets (graphics, timestamps, descriptions) for podcast episodes, masterclasses, and events.</li><li><strong>Process Optimization: </strong>Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability across workflows.</li><li><strong>Guest Relations: </strong>Maintain communication with podcast guests and their teams before, during, and after recordings.</li><li><strong>Guest Research & Outreach: </strong>Proactively identify and recommend guests who align with our brand values and mission. Assist with initial outreach and vetting.</li><li><strong>Calendar & Task Coordination: </strong>Support scheduling for events, podcast recordings, coaching calls, and internal planning.</li><li><strong>Email & Community Communications: </strong>Support inbox management, post updates in our private communities, and communicate sensitive news with care and professionalism.</li><li><strong>Admin Support: </strong>Assist with CRM tasks (GoHighLevel or similar), Squarespace updates, payments, refunds, and backend logistics.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What Makes You a Great Fit:</strong></p><p>You’re a systems thinker who leads with heart.
