The Market Director of Provider Relations plays a crucial role in supporting and executing market initiatives aimed at achieving targeted organic growth, improving access to and delivery of care, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. This position is responsible for promoting expansion by actively seeking community partners and stakeholders to enhance processes, access, and outcomes. The Market Director will coordinate and collaborate with Corporate Provider Relations, market/hospital CEOs, service line leaders, and outreach team members to develop collaborative relationships and increase satisfaction among providers practicing in their communities. Essential duties include supporting market/hospital leaders and outreach team members to align and achieve goals through effective provider relationship management, strategic service line planning, and consistent communication of goals and outcomes. The Market Director will ensure that quarterly updates are developed in alignment with market strategies and initiatives, support strategic planning processes, and maintain the integrity of the Corporate Provider Relations program. This role also involves timely documentation of provider interactions and issue resolution management, as well as regular collaboration with market/hospital CEOs to discuss trends and business growth opportunities. The Market Director will actively engage with providers and community partners to identify barriers to growth and improve access and outcomes for the healthcare system.
Responsibilities
Support market/hospital leaders and outreach team members to align and achieve goals by establishing and maintaining provider relationships.

Plan and coordinate strategic service line and outreach efforts.

Leverage appropriate data for effective communication of goals and outcomes.

Ensure quarterly updates are developed and validated in alignment with market strategies and initiatives.

Support market leadership in the strategic planning process to provide insights and growth opportunities.

Maintain structure and integrity of the Corporate Provider Relations program and growth strategies.

Ensure timely documentation of provider calls and issue resolution management.

Collaborate weekly with Market/Hospital CEOs to discuss trends and business growth opportunities.

Support outreach team members with identified barriers to growth by meeting with providers and obtaining feedback.

Interact and coordinate necessary meetings and assessments of the Provider Relations team members.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, or Healthcare related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive healthcare experience with three (3) years in management/leadership roles.

Clinical Sales experience is highly preferred.

Ability to research and explain healthcare service line volumes and market demographic data.

Demonstrated executive presence and persuasive communication skills.

Ability to execute with consistent and timely documentation and proactive problem-solving.
