It identifies improvement opportunities and provides actional insights to deliver better customer outcomes in health, safety, efficiency, and occupant experience.We seek an Enterprise Account Manager - Data Centers & Industrial who will own the Carrier strategy for Enterprise accounts, manage account stakeholders, lead or support opportunity pursuits, and coordinate the account teams within the Global Data Center segment while leveraging the broad building systems portfolio of Carrier business units (HVAC, Building Automation, and Energy Performance Solutions).The candidate, in collaboration with Carrier business units, will drive growth by calling on senior-level operations decision-makers, architects, consulting engineers and contractors. They will develop and identify opportunities to engage in a consultative manner with customers around Carrier solutions and services while achieving business growth targets.Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the assigned vertical industry and assigned accountsEvolve and drive a holistic global account strategy based on customer and vertical insightsCreate and update formalized Enterprise account plans both globally & regionallyIdentify, Land and Expand Enterprise accounts/opportunitiesIdentify net-new opportunitiesPursue qualified leadsPersuade customers to purchase Carrier products & solutionsCoordinate Carrier personnel (Global & Regional BU Sellers & Leadership) throughout the sales processIn collaboration with other Carrier resources, develop tailored solutions to meet specific customer needsWork closely with BU sellers to identify cross-BU expansion opportunitiesUnderstand and influence customer's investment roadmap relevant to Carrier products & solutions to drive expansionExpand relationships within assigned accounts to access new decision makers and uncover new opportunitiesRequired QualificationsBachelors Degree8 years experience in developing enterprise accountsAbility to travel up to 25%-50% including InternationalPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Sales/Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplineProven experience developing and managing Data Center / Industrial user enterprise accounts highly preferredMechanical/HVAC/Controls experience preferred, but segment experience in other facility aspects or solutions acceptableAbility to engage with senior executives and create demand for new solutionsProven experience and ability to develop and execute consultative sales strategies that drive value growth for customersAbility to lead multi-functional teams to resolve unusually complex problemsProven ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organizationHighly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities and ambiguityExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal across a wide audience.
