• Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of medical and billing data into the company's database systems.
• Cross-reference and verify data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Generate reports and summaries from databases for management and operational use.
• Work closely with other team members to streamline data entry processes and ensure compliance with company protocols and HIPAA regulations.
• Conduct regular data quality audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Maintain organized digital files to ensure quick access for review, audits, or updates.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of data entry experience, preferably in a healthcare or administrative environment.
• Excellent typing and data entry accuracy (minimum of 50 WPM strongly preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, and experience with data management systems.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with acute attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and confidentiality practices preferred.
• Ability to work independently in meeting deadlines while adhering to organizational standards.

Expected salary: $21.5 - 25.5 per hour
