You will ensure that the day-to-day operations of the sales organization run smoothly, employees are happy resulting in high productivity and own the planning and coordinating of events both internally and externally.We are scaling aggressively and our Executive Assistants are a strong foundation to making sure our organization stays inclusive, safe and fun!This role reports directly to the VP of Mid-Market Sales, East.Please note that this role is on-site in our NYC office; not hybrid or remote.Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Leadership to ensure our day to day operations and functions run smoothly.
- Drive internal and external meetings - coordination, scheduling, organizing and event planning.
- Manage & maintain a strategic calendar: monitor & schedule calendar requests.
- Be a strong support to leadership by taking on administrative duties to better support your executives (EX. taking notes, tracking action items, booking travel/accommodations, etc).
- Understand prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Ad Hoc requests that support the sales teams.

- A Bachelor's Degree is essential.
- 2-4 years of administrative support experience
- Attention to detail, coupled with creative problem solving and superior communication skills.
- Proactive mindset to handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance of potential issues.
- Track record of accomplishment in all previous roles.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Proficient using Google G-Suite.
