- Provide expert advice on various cruise lines, onboard amenities, and destinations.
- Handle bookings, reservations, and payments, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions for clients.
- Follow up with clients before, during, and after their cruise to ensure a positive experience and resolve any issues.
- Stay updated on cruise industry trends and new ship launches to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
Requirements
- Passion for travel and the cruise industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with using booking software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus, but not required.
