Job description: Job Description:About the RoleAs an Equity Analyst at Hinge Health, you will play a pivotal role in managing our daily equity administration responsibilities. Collaborating closely with our HR, Legal, and Accounting teams, as well as external stock administration and transfer agent vendors, you will ensure seamless equity operations. Your expertise in RSUs, stock options, and ESPP will be crucial in meeting tight equity deadlines. You will be a key member of the Finance team, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Equity & Payroll, and will thrive in our fast-growing and rapidly evolving environment.What You'll AccomplishProcess new equity grants, RSU releases, stock option exercises, and termination forfeitures in our equity administration tool (E*Trade) for employees inside and outside the United StatesSupport semi-annual ESPP enrollment & purchases, contribution rate changes, and disposition reportingPartner with the Payroll team to record equity compensation income, tax withholding, and ESPP contribution elections in our HRIS platform (Workday)Collaborate with the HR Tech team to maintain and update requirements for data transmissions of demographic, tax, and ESPP data between E*Trade and WorkdayAssist with Form 3921/3922 distribution and W2 income reporting for equity awardsComplete monthly audits of equity grants, terminations, and share balances outstandingAssist with implementing new controls and processes as a public companyAssist with the preparation and filing of Section 16 reports (e.g., Forms 3, 4 and 5)Assist with maintaining Insider lists, pre-clearance trading requests, and 10b5-1 plansProvide timely support to employees regarding equity-related inquiries and proactive outreach to promote employee account opening and equity grant acceptancePerform other duties and responsibilities, including ad hoc reporting, audits, or special projects, as neededHinge Health Hybrid Model

Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
