The position will provide customer service support by verifying the accuracy of service orders and service requests in a timely manner. Assist customers by ensuring all necessary data is obtained to accomplish these objectives. Ideal candidate to initiate and/or implement corrective action as needed to provide customers with support and achieve corporate and department goals. In addition, this position will support the customer by providing basic product knowledge on routine issues, as well as support Sales and Field operations necessary to meet customer needs and expectations.What You Will Do:Review, edit, process, and verify the accuracy of service requests from customers utilizing various inbound systems such as Five9, Service Channel, FM Pilot, etc.Initiate and follow up on required action in response to customer service change requests, by assisting in the maintaining accurate customer master data.Communicate and work closely with appropriate departmental personnel.Recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the Customer Call Center.Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as necessary.Receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries of a general nature in a timely manner using available resources and training material that are provided.Hold high standards of conduct with utmost professionalism and respect when engaging with external and internal customers.As a representative of the Company, you are the face of the customer and candidate to consistently maintain positive, effective relationships with all customers.Performs duties and responsibilities as described in the provided systems.Perform other related duties in support of the team as assigned by management.Work hand in hand with the branches to provide a seamless process for our customers.What You Need to Succeed:High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of experience or equivalent work experienceAbility to work on Eastern Standard TimeProficient computer skillsMust have a flexible schedule and able to work the on-call shift as neededFlexible, cooperative, and proactiveAble to work independently in a team-oriented environmentAbility to make decisions and troubleshootExecute tasks in a timely manner and in a remote settingDetail-orientedSAP knowledge a plusAdditional Preferred Skills or Qualifications:Associate's DegreeD365 KnowledgeFive9 KnowledgeWhy Work for Us?Allegion is a Great Place to Grow your Career if:You're seeking a rewarding opportunity that allows you to truly help others. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.The expected Base Hourly Range: $15.14-$26.82 per hour.
