Job description: About JobgetherJobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.One of our companies is currently looking for a BDR II in the United States.As a Business Development Representative II (BDR II), you will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel sales activities and setting the foundation for new customer relationships. Your expertise in outbound sales will be crucial to generating qualified leads, initiating meaningful conversations with decision-makers, and building the pipeline for the sales team. You’ll work within a modern sales technology stack and be highly process-driven, ensuring personalized outreach that resonates with prospective clients. Success in this role is measured by consistent activity, excellent relationship-building, and the ability to convert prospects into valuable opportunities for the sales team.Accountabilities:
- Drive outbound sales efforts through personalized outreach to potential customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance quotas and KPIs related to lead generation and sales activities.
- Manage multiple outreach campaigns concurrently using modern sales technologies such as Salesloft, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo.
- Engage with decision-makers and C-level executives in accounts with potential annual contract values of $30k+.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects, turning initial "no" responses into eventual "yeses".
- Continuously optimize and improve your sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure follow-ups are timely and relevant.
- 12-18 months of SaaS B2B outbound sales experience, ideally as a BDR.
- Proven track record of successful quota attainment and top-tier performance in a previous sales role.
- Experience communicating with senior-level decision-makers (VP+).
- Strong understanding of multi-threading, managing 3+ contacts within an organization.
- Familiarity with or interest in nonprofit technology is a plus, though not required.
- Highly process-oriented and passionate about personalizing outreach.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment.
- Competitive OTE: $96,786 (base salary of $62,500)
