1. Audit define set of applications ( Retail PI secure sites applications) and identify list of UI patterns that can be translated to reusable organism level components for personadful consumption.
2. Define use cases for personadless / personadful and hybrid approach and when to use what.
3. Define and showcase various component consumption patterns - personadful, remote SPA tec.
4. Create documentation to enable easy transition of app teams to AEM personadful approach.
5. Based on tperson list identified above , create organism level AEM components using Lit based constellation web components.
6. Define approach for using tperson above AEM components for mobile.
7. Based on audit , identify list of pages that are candidate of personadful approach.
8. Develop and deliver these identified pages in personadful way.
9. Define approach to automation design token from Figma to Constellation to AEM components.
10. Review current applications for performance and identify opportunities for performance improvement (CSR , SSR etc.).Current Location: (City, State & Zip Code):
