- Handle warm, inbound leads and conduct consultative sales conversations.
- Educate small and mid-sized business owners on their coverage options.
- Sell commercial products: General Liability, BOP, Workers' Comp, Auto, Umbrella, and more.
- Develop and manage a personal pipeline to meet individual sales goals.
- Document conversations and manage follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
- 2+ year of sales or customer service experience (insurance preferred).
- Active P&C license (required for hire).
- Understanding or interest in commercial lines insurance.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- CRM/sales platform experience (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bank Knowledge a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
