Job description: Alternate Locations: Radnor, PA (Pennsylvania); Charlotte, NC (North Carolina); Greensboro, NC (North Carolina)Work Arrangement:Hybrid Preferred : Preferred employee will work 3 days a week in a Lincoln officeRelocation assistance: is not available for this opportunity.Requisition #: 74642The Role at a GlanceIn this role, you will play a key part in supporting the execution of our employee listening (Voice of the Employee) and experience measurement strategy. You will also serve as a multi-purpose player on the Employee Experience (EX) team, supporting employee engagement and experience initiatives, such as our employee value proposition, core values, and employee personas and journeys.What you'll be doingEmployee listening support, data analysis, and reporting:
- You will assist in the design, deployment, and analysis of employee surveys, focus groups, and other listening channels
- You will manage survey operations including programming, testing, and distributing surveys
- You will analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate meaningful insights
- You will create insightful, actionable executive summaries and tailored reports and dashboards for various stakeholder groups, including HR partners and business leaders
- You will support storytelling with data by preparing clear summaries and presentation materials
- You will collaborate across the Talent & Employee Experience team (T&EX) and with HR partners to identify opportunities for problem-solving via employee listening
- You will act as a product owner for our employee listening platform (Qualtrics)
- You will build dashboards in Qualtrics for HR stakeholders as well as business leaders and managers to communicate relevant insights in a visually appealing way
- You will provide training and guidance to internal teams on survey tools and data interpretation
- You will maintain knowledge of current and emerging trends in employee experience, engagement, and listening methodologies
- You will contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives in the employee experience space
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 1 - 3+ Years of experience in HR, employee experience, customer/consumer insights or experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities of the role
- Exposure to mathematical concepts such as averages, variances, and statistical significance
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills; comfortable interpreting data and translating it for a business audience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills and close attention to detail
- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn about employee experience
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment
Expected salary: $53500 - 96300 per year
