Learn more at .SummaryEagle Eye Networks is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for its South Florida Region who is responsible for accelerating high Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth throughout the assigned territory. The RSM will drive growth by building and expanding a strong reseller channel, targeting an established account base, key end users, and collaborating with regional consultants to specify Eagle Eye in future projects. This role demands high energy and a proactive, results-driven mindset. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing tailored, high-growth business plans for territory partners, driving growth and engagement through the Eagle Eye Partner Program. Knowledge of this market and sales experience with SaaS products or similar video surveillance technologies is a plus. This is a remote role, however only candidates located within the region will be considered.Responsibilities
- Achievement of sales quota monthly, quarterly, and yearly while maintaining expenses.
- Foster strong relationships with resellers to drive growth and successfully achieve sales targets
- Maintain a territory-wide sales plan that provides full geographic coverage while achieving sales
- Support Eagle Eye in companywide industry meetings and exhibitions.
- Align seamlessly with EEN team members to ensure that reseller partners are fully trained to sell,
- Collaborate effectively with Customer Success, Channel Marketing, Sell-With, and Account Executive (AE) teams to drive shared goals and business outcomes.
- Work with leadership to ensure your strategy is solid and is in keeping of the overall company goals.
- Work with 3rd party technology and sales partners to grow sales through and with their channels.
- Develop relationships and support consulting engineers within the region. Support their business
- 5+ years of field sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT, or security sales with video or access
- Consultative/solutions sales experience with 90+ day B2B sales cycles
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and presentations.
- Demonstrated self-confidence with high energy and enthusiasm.
- The highest level of ethics and professionalism is always maintained.
- Great business judgment with the ability to make successful decisions in driving a highly profitable
