Empower Yourself.Responsible for developing and maintaining skills to successfully market proprietary funds and retirement plan services to a prioritized territory of prospects through territory management and the coordination of projects while interfacing with other personnel and departments within the company. This position involves direct sales, developing sales opportunities through consultants and advisers, and team selling with the Consultant Sales team, Client Advisors and Commercial Bankers.This territory spans FL, GA, SC, NC, TN, AL, MS, LA and AR.What you will do:
- Develops and maintains through lead generation, relationship management, planning, presentation skills, pipeline management, closing and follow-up.
- Communication and teamwork skills necessary to successfully market proprietary funds and retirement plan services.
- Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of products and services.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- FINRA Series 6, 63 and applicable state insurance licenses within established timelines
- Previous sales experience of retirement plan services or proven client- focused presentation, communication and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of the financial industry Working Conditions/Physical Requirements.
- Will travel majority of the time (60-70%) via airline travel to various states as well as using personal vehicle to go to local meetings with plan sponsors and brokers.

Expected salary: $150000 - 187500 per year
