What You’ll Do:

  • Provide pharmacotherapy and medication-assisted treatment for individuals with substance use disorders.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

  • Supervise and support LPN staff within the clinic.

  • Maintain compliance with best practices and regulatory standards in addiction medicine.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay Rate: $60–$75/hour, depending on experience and credentials

  • NYS-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

  • Minimum 3 years of NP/PA experience —OR— less experience with prior addiction medicine experience.

  • Current DEA license and CPR certification required; ASAM certification preferred.

  • Comfort working with both harm-reduction and abstinence-based treatment models.

  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
