Position Overview: We are seeking a technology troubleshooter to join our team as a Technical Support Services Analyst. This individual will play a crucial role in assisting on-premises with server installations, troubleshooting, configuration, error resolution, third-party software integration, and API usage. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in server, web, and workstation software, specifically those needed for Deltek Vantagepoint and Deltek Vision.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients using Deltek Vantagepoint and Deltek Vision.
  • Assist clients with server installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve errors and performance issues for both on-premises and cloud clients.
  • Support third-party software integration and API usage.
  • Break down complex software and processes into understandable language for IT professionals and less tech-savvy users.
  • Document all client interactions and solutions in our case tracking system.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, product managers, and senior staff to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest features and best practices of Deltek Vantagepoint and Deltek Vision.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance support efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of server, web, and workstation software.
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
