Job description: OverviewHow you can make a differenceWe are seeking a passionate and organized People Experience Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in shaping our employee experience by driving key engagement initiatives, owning our recognition programs, and leading a limited number of in-person events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employee engagement best practices, experience managing recognition programs, and the ability to execute projects effectively – with the goal of fostering a culture that is aligned with the mission, vision, and values of HealthEquity.What you’ll be doing
- Partner in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of comprehensive employee engagement strategies and initiatives aligned with HealthEquity corporate values and business objectives
- Administer and support the end-to-end process for employee engagement surveys, utilizing platforms such as Qualtrics, this includes survey design, deployment, data analysis, and reporting
- Support and enable a meaningful recognition program, ensuring teammates feel valued and appreciated, ultimately boosting satisfaction and engagement
- Analyze the effectiveness of culture programs and initiatives, presenting clear and concise reports that demonstrate their efficacy and impact
- Leverage teammate feedback (surveys and focus groups) to make data-driven decisions and recommend program enhancements
- Oversee the company swag store, manage vendor relationships, and streamline the swag request process
- Manage a dedicated budget for people experience initiatives, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) in partnership with finance
- Research best practices in remote-first workplace experience and incorporate findings in strategies and programs
- Champion and help embed our corporate values into the employee experience through various channels and appropriate initiatives
- Partner with People business partners and leadership to identify team-specific engagement needs and develop tailored solutions
- Provide support for the planning and execution of a limited number of in-person employee events
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 7+ years related experience in people and culture functions
- High degree of energy and passion for workplace culture
- Creative mindset and passion for workplace experience that drive innovation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate and collaborate cross-functionally, in a geo-diverse setting
- Highly organized, attention to detail and excellent follow-through and delivery
- Proactive self-starter, results-oriented, ability to balance multiple, time-sensitive projects while maintaining a longer term, strategic focus
- Ability to understand, dissect and analyze data to drive decisions
- Excellent project management and organization skills with a strong attention to detail and continuous improvement orientation
- Proactively seeks feedback and input; actively listens to others and adjusts to maximize effectiveness
- Proven experience in designing and implementing engaging teammate experiences, both event-based and non-event based
