Job description: Our client is a dynamic UK-based managing consulting firm who is seeking a project-based Marketing Manager for their New York City office. You will oversee all marketing initiatives and oversee local events. This role will be 3-4 months, is hybrid & candidates must be able to commute to Manhattan as needed.


  • Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B marketing events (round tables, panel discussions, networking, etc.)

  • Support end-to-end event management: venue sourcing, vendor coordination, invitations, on-site logistics, and post-event reporting

  • Assist in the development and localization of marketing materials for the US market

  • Oversee campaign content creation from start to finish

  • Coordinate email campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation tactics

  • Liaise with clients and partners to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment

  • Track and report on campaign and event performance using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

  • Manage budgets, time lines, and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously

  • 5+ years in Marketing experience, B2B marketing is preferred

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, contract role

  • Must be immediately available to commit to a 3-4 month project

  • Available to work in NYC and travel locally as needed; role is mainly remote

Expected salary: $83193 - 85273 per year
