As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll act as a strategic advisor, developing strong relationships, driving product adoption, and helping clients grow their businesses. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with product and support teams to advocate for customer needs and shape long-term success strategies. - Guide customers through the onboarding and product adoption process to ensure long-term platform success
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions to maximize value and minimize churn
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively resolve potential challenges
- Advocate internally for customer needs to improve product features and services
- Identify and execute growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Build strong relationships that foster loyalty and customer retention
- 3+ years of experience managing mid-market accounts in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Prior experience in the salon, spa, or wellness industry is a plus (e.g., Salon Manager or Spa Director)
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain platform features effectively
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle direct conversations empathetically
- Strong business acumen and a consultative approach to advising entrepreneurial clients
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing customer metrics to inform strategy
- $80,000 base salary + $35,000 on-target commission (OTC)
