We work with Fortune 500 companies and are expanding our outbound sales team to support global growth.Job SummaryWe are hiring a full-time, remote Outbound SDR/BDR to drive top-of-funnel pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting. This position is aligned with U.S. business hours, meaning you’ll work night shifts in your local timezone (Philippines or India preferred). You will reach senior IT decision-makers and book qualified meetings for our sales executives.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct 500+ outbound calls/day using Close CRM’s power dialer, which automates call connections for efficiencySend 400+ targeted cold emails/day via Close Sequences and Bulk EmailsBook baseline of 5–8 qualified meetings/week with CIOs, IT VPs, IT Directors and Senior Managers, and other decision-makersPersonalize outreach using LinkedIn automation and ChatGPTUpdate lead records and track engagement activities in Close.comMaintain accurate lead status, call outcomes, and meeting details in Close.com.Use Hubstaff to log time and ensure shift alignmentAttend daily team check-ins via Microsoft Teams and weekly progress meetingsCollaborate with sales leadership on messaging strategy and targetingMeet or exceed weekly KPIs and contribute to sales pipeline growthPreferred Qualifications1+ year of experience in outbound SDR, BDR, or cold calling roles (B2B preferred)Fluent English speaker with confident phone communication and minimal accentExperience with Close CRM, HubSpot, or other sales tools (or ability to learn fast)Comfortable working night shift/full-time remotelyFamiliarity and experience with time-tracking tools such as HubstaffStrong organizational and self-starting skills, strong time management, and attention to detailTech-savvy, especially with AI tools like ChatGPT or NotionReliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps), quiet work environment, webcamPreferred LocationApplicants from the Philippines or India are strongly encouraged to apply due to their alignment with the required working hours and their cultural familiarity with U.S. IT buyers.Compensation & PerksTrial Day: $20 for a paid 4-hour shiftBase Salary: Starts at $600/month, with potential to reach $1,200/month through performanceBonus Structure:$10 per qualified meeting beyond baseline$25 per converted discovery/pilot meeting$100–$200 for reaching 20–30 meetings per monthMonthly top performer recognition bonusGrowth path to Account Executive or Team Lead roles within 18–24 monthsOngoing training and mentorship, including sales playbooks, CRM automation, and AI tool usage
