Job description: What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Crew Accommodations Supervisor under the Airline Division, TA CONNECTIONS. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing assigned Crew Accommodations Agents. The Supervisor will train, coach, and mentor; ensuring productivity meets and exceeds quality standards. The Supervisor is positive, smart, enthusiastic individuals with great leadership skills and excellent attention to details. The Supervisor will support the team and associated clients in an efficient and timely manner by taking ownership of each case, ensuring swift and consistent problem resolution. You will report directly to Nabil Guernouti and regularly collaborate with supporting team(s)/department(s).
How We Work

As a Crew Accommodations Supervisor, you will be expected to work remote/virtual. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Company-issued equipment

Remote trainingRole ResponsibilitiesSupervising and assisting the Crew Accommodations Agents (CAA's) with daily tasks, duties, and workflow as necessary to meet client timeframe requirements

Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of overall processes and procedures

Making recommendations to Management concerning CAA's and improvement of procedures

Monitoring performances of assigned CAA's for assistance with evaluations, quality assurance, and training purposes

Providing instructions and distributing daily assignments

Interpreting and communicating work procedures and company policies

Preparing and/or processing operational reports

Communicating with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work

Showing ability to Multitask and monitor multiple agents, Shared Inboxes, Teams Chats and Call Dashboards

Providing appropriate counselling and training

Receiving inbound inquiries to source hotels, transportation and travel needs for airline crew, mechanics and in certain situations, training and corporate training

Obtaining, evaluating, and providing accommodations and transportation according to client guideline, requirements and SOPs,

Providing continual feedback on customer service processes to improve SOPs and training processes

Interacting with internal departments on customer billing requirements and process payments according to client guidelines and procedures

Maintaining and preparing the challenge list/investigation reports by actively researching and troubleshooting as directed

Supporting other duties/projects as neededQualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma or higher qualification is required with one years'

experience of hotel/airline/travel industry experience is necessary.

Fluent in English and preferably at least one more language (Italian, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Arabic, Greek, Turkish, Mandarin, etc)

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, SLACK, with high amount of emails to monitor and solve daily as well as Microsoft Teams ChatsBenefits & PerksMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire
