- Hunt down new business like a bosscold calls, emails, coffee meetings, you name it.
- Build and grow relationships with clients that last longer than your favorite Netflix binge.
- Develop smart, consultative sales strategies that show off the real value of what they do.
- Hit your annual sales goals and make it look easy (youll have support the whole way).
- Stay sharpknow the services inside and out so you can sell with confidence and swagger.
- You know your way around a pitch and closesales is your zone.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and lets make this happen energy.
- Staffing industry experience? Awesome. If not, bring your hustle and theyll show you the ropes.
- A team player who can also fly solo.
- A degree in business, marketing, or something equally ambitious.
